Chamomile and lavender join forces in this warm and soothing herbal latte recipe. With the addition of coconut milk, honey and vanilla, it makes the perfect treat to relax and calm the mind, body, and spirit.

As the chill of the winter season starts to creep in and daylight hours disappear, we begin to crave warmth and comfort. This natural pull to honor the seasons within the body is one of the most fundamental practices within herbalism. Our habits turn to cozy evenings and finding new ways of bringing inspiration and light into our lives. When it comes to thriving throughout the winter season, herbs make fantastic allies to keep you cozy and healthy.

Both chamomile and lavender are widely known but aren’t always acknowledged for their gentle (yet powerful) herbal qualities. Each of these plants work to calm the nervous system and to support digestion.* These aromatic plant medicines contain active essential oils which aid in their therapeutic benefits and contribute to their uplifting scent. Chamomile and lavender have been trusted allies used for thousands of years, and with good reason – they work.

Our organic Chamomile with Lavender tea is fragrantly floral and bittersweet, and features an added touch of lemon balm for an extra herbal kick. While we enjoy these plants in a traditional tea, there are many fun ways to infuse them into your daily life, like in this Chamomile Lavender Honey Latte.
