Naturally sweetened and filled with herbs to support an active body, this plant-based protein shake makes for a pre- or post-workout treat that you can look forward to.

When we stop to consider how much our physical bodies endure during exercise (coordination, muscle stretching, impact buffering, and more), it only makes sense that it would deserve a little TLC.

Pre- and post-workout support is not only crucial for optimal performance but also overall health. Beyond eating well, one simple way to provide this support is through the power of herbs. Medicinal herbs such as those found in our Turmeric with Meadowsweet & Ginger tea, are ideal companions for anyone who is even moderately active.*

Traditional Ayurvedic healers have long praised turmeric root for its ability to support the musculoskeletal system, a body system that is particularly taxed during physical exertion. Tapping into that ancient wisdom, our herbalists created this unique formula to include meadowsweet—historically used much like turmeric—and ginger to support a healthy response to inflammation that follows exercise.*

Add to that tropical fruits like mango, banana, and lime, plus a protein powder of your choice and you have a workout buddy that’ll never let you down.
